Screaming Viking – Chironomid Pupa Fly

The Screaming Viking very accurately represents the Olive Red Butt chironomid pupae … a very common colour found in the small/medium size stillwaters of the Pacific North West. This fly was developed, tweaked and proven over many years and is the exact same pattern, tied the with the exact same materials, and in the exact same manner (including a full coating of krazy glue!), as we use ourselves here on the trophy trout waters of the beautiful BC Interior. The SV is tied on quality 2X hooks and available in three (3) sizes – #14 / #16 / #18.
